What is RX Fitness 235?

Functional fitness in a fun and team orientated environment.

At Rx Fitness 235 you will train in small groups to address three core areas of fitness: weight training, gymnastic and aerobic. Our workouts, led by CrossFit certified trainers, focus on developing your functional fitness to ensure that you are ready to tackle everyday activities.

Training sessions are varied with a strong focus on technique to ensure that you are maximizing the benefit of your workout whilst minimizing the risk of injury. Each activity is scaled to suit your personal level of fitness and skill. The focus on group training ensures you are working in a supportive and motivational environment to help you keep on track toward achieving your personal goals.

Introductory Sessions

If you’re new to this type of training our introductory sessions are for you. You will participate in twelve sessions focusing on the key principles of Rx Fitness 235 and developing your technique.

Mainstream

We offer several sessions during the week. Sessions are designed by CrossFit certified trainers to maximise benefit to you. Activities are varied to develop different elements of fitness.

HEAT

Push your cardiovascular limits in these sessions. Each session has a combination of resistance and cardio elements, so they are an ideal complement to our mainstream sessions and no previous experience or introductory sessions are required to participate.

Aid your recovery, manage your aches and pains, and treat soft tissue injuries with regular massages. Massage will provide an important element of your all round health and wellbeing.
