HEAT
These are 45 minute high energy classes that are designed to send your heart rate North. We base it around varying types of interval training looking at improving overall cardiovascular fitness, along with focusing on using resistance training to improve joint stability and core strength.
We do always scale our exercises to suit individual fitness levels and to accommodate any limitations so they are perfect for anyone looking at making their training exciting and varied. Being 45 minutes also means they are a quick option for those limited for time so come and give them a go.
