Inbody 570 Body Composition Analysis

We are so excited to be able to offer this technology to our facility to help guide our athletes in making sure their training and nutrition lifestyle is on track. It is a fabulous accountability and tracking tool and aligns so much with our values. We need to know what’s going on on the inside, not just the numbers on the scale. We are a health and wellness facility and it’s so important for athletes to understand the biomarkers of health when undertaking a fitness and nutrition regime.

Not only are we excited for our athletes, but for anyone in our community who is following their own health and fitness goals. This is something we are keen to share to assist other gyms/individuals in helping their athletes/themselves to achieve their dreams.

What Is Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is a method of quantifying body composition by introducing an electrical current throughout the body. Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis measures impedance by applying alternating low-level electrical currents through the water in the body.

InBody use this method to measure body composition, which divides your weight into different components, such as water, lean body mass and fat mass, to better understand how changes in diet, lifestyle and training regime are influencing overall body composition.
