OUR CLASSES

There is something for everyone and our coaches will help to adapt the exercise to suit your fitness level and any injuries or limitations you may have. Most importantly they will help to make it an enjoyable experience for you and create a sense of fun!

Kids are welcome in our creche area where they can watch you exercise – and you can keep an eye on them while getting your workout done.

Strength & Conditioning

These are the mainstream classes that focus on bulletproofing your body! They combine strength; bodyweight gymnastics movements and cardio so you can guarantee not only will you be getting fitter, you will be getting stronger too.

SWEAT CLASSES

These are 45 minute classes that are a combination of resistance training and cardio. Always varied, you may get HIIT, cardio or circuits – either way you can guarantee to get your sweat on and burn some calories.
